I just recently got back into it a little after a couple of years. I’m thinking about setting up a server for Oppos to play on.

I got it for the PS3 when it was selling. I’m not that into it. It’s a time suck, the kids would like watching it, but couldn’t really figure it out. Controllers are still large for a 4&6 year old.

I used to play quite a bit of modded PC Minecraft (usually
FTB
packs, every now and again an AT launcher pack), but haven’t played in a few months. I’ve also never played multiplayer (I’m socially awkward, or just an asshole depending on whom you ask).

I used to...back when it was in alpha or beta or something like that. Bought it for a few dollars or there about.

I played when the kids were younger and into the game. I went as far as setting up a server so they could have a safe place to play with their friends. I shut it all down several years ago. No sense wasting electricity when the kids aren’t playing any more!

I really hate that I didnt buy it when it was like $15. I played a pirated version for a long time since I had access to an account for free. Am interested in trying out the modded stuff since that seems interesting. I only ever play on survival mode.
My favorite minecraft moment was just walking for hours and getting lost and then spending WEEKS trying to relocate my original base. I eventually found it and man was that an adventure! Leaving the comfort of my well appointed home and really having to survive again.

My 6 yr old plays it on Xbox, and watches hours of people playing on youtube. I don’t get it. I suppose I should get the PC version for him, since the Xbox version is limited.

i used to play but now all my free time is taken up by drawing buildings to be built in real life. Minecraft is much more fun.

I have never played it, but my roommate is just starting to get back into it after a several-eyer hiatus. He even had a Youtube channel about it for a while.
